Our Requirements
2+ years of professional experience
We must be able to speak with two consistent, professional references outside of family (must reflect more extensive experience than babysitting)
Work eligibility and legal employment
Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to be paid legally with a W-2
Reliable transportation
Must have access to safe and reliable transportation, have proof of car insurance

What to expect from our process
01.
Send a detailed resume or a written paragraph about your professional experience along with at least 2+ professional references. If we feel we would be a good match we will call you to discuss your background and needs.

Once you complete our phone screen we will send over some paperwork that includes out background check release form. From there we will set up an in person or zoom interview to learn more about your background and overall philosophies.

After our interview, we’ll reach out to your references and gather glowing feedback to enhance your profile. Once that’s done, the exciting part begins—matching you with wonderful families and kicking off your interview process!
