Have questions?
This package is ideal for families seeking stable, long-term childcare and household assistance. It provides access to a variety of roles, including Nannies, Nanny Managers, Family Assistants, and Nanny Shares. Most of our career nannies are looking for long-term commitments where they can grow with a family. This package requires a minimum of 30 hours per week and includes a 90-day free replacement period, offering peace of mind in selecting the right caregiver. What is the difference between a Nanny, Nanny Manager, and Family Assistant? Nanny: A nanny focuses on childcare, ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and development. Responsibilities include supervising and engaging children in activities, managing routines, preparing meals for the children, and handling tasks like children’s laundry and maintaining play areas. Nanny Manager: This role combines approximately 50% childcare and 50% household management. In addition to childcare duties, a nanny manager takes on tasks such as grocery shopping, running errands, family laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and managing household routines. They are ideal for families with school-aged children who need broader support. Family Assistant: A family assistant blends childcare, household management, and personal assistant duties, with a focus split approximately 30% on childcare, 50% on household management, and 20% on personal errands. Beyond light childcare, they handle responsibilities like managing vendors, booking travel, overseeing household maintenance, maintaining inventory, running personal errands, and organizing family schedules and research for camps or trips.
How it works:
Here's how our process works and what you can expect: We begin with a consultation to assess your family’s specific needs and preferences. After the consultation, we charge the retainer fee to get started. From there, we create a tailored job description and start the search for your ideal candidate. Our team carefully screens and interviews top candidates before presenting 2-4 matches for your review. Once you receive the candidate profiles, you will reach out to them directly to schedule interviews. After selecting your perfect fit, we assist with finalizing the offer, conducting background checks, and creating a written agreement. Our support doesn’t end there – we provide ongoing assistance even after the placement to ensure a successful and lasting relationship.
